It was a world dominated by men, but Joan Jett and her girl band The Runaways showed that there was still room for women in the world of rock. Stewart plays Jett and Fanning the young Cherie Currie. It was really bad the film in terms of box office, but veterans of the music scene of the Sunset Strip say so similar to what happened, it's scary.
