Balenciaga is pleased to share with us the announcement of an exclusive live interview with Kristen Stewart on October 18th at 8pm GMT (Check your local time HERE)

As part of her debut as the face of Balenciaga’s new fragrance Florabotanica, Kristen Stewart will be answering questions to internet users in a 30-minute live interview on October 18th.

The live interview is to be filmed in Los Angeles and broadcasted live on the Balenciaga Fragrance website http://balenciagafragrance.com and on the Balenciaga Facebook page http://www.facebook.com/Balenciaga.

The thirty-minute interview will start at 8PM GMT and it will be moderated by French Fashion Editor Virginie Mouzat, who will ask Kristen questions covering her roles as brand muse and fragrance endorser.

Registration to submit a question is open at http://balenciagafragrance.com/en/live-interview and will remain open until the interview closing time.

To take advantage of this opportunity, anyone may register and submit their questions online. There are no restrictions on the number of questions per participant, and registration is free of charge.

Twenty questions will be selected and a Florabotanica fragrance will be sent to anyone whose question was selected.

Participation is entirely free of charge, the Interview will be broadcasted live online and its access will not require a password.

TheFashion-Court   After a successful sunny-side-up fashion moment while front row at the Balenciaga by Nicolas Ghesquière Spring/Summer 2013 Womenswear presentation on Thursday morning, held during Paris Fashion Week, Kristen Stewart switched up her look for a swanky private dinner for the brand that night.

The 22-year-old face of the Florabotanica fragrance donned some in-your-face threads when she was spotted arriving at the La Fidélité restaurant wearing a slim-fitting peach-and-black striped top and matching solid high-waist shorts.

Both pieces are non-presented looks from the Resort 2013 collection.

For a girl who is often harshly judged for wearing old jeans and threadbare t-shirts on her off duty days, Kristen is certainly fashion forward when she dresses up. You have to be pretty fearless and fashionably rebellious to rock a bold look like this and pull it off — and there’s no doubt in my mind that she did exactly that.

Kristen topped the look off with her signature smoky eyes and wavy mane, her favorite white gold Cartier “Juste Un Clou” nail bracelet, a silver watch and a cute pair of black buckled stack-heel loafers from the Balenciaga Spring 2013 Capsule collection.

Style.com  On any given day, a front-row Salma Hayek sighting is something to write home about. But not when Kristen Stewart is seated across the catwalk. In the wake of a scandal that has dominated the pages of gossip rags over the past few months, the actress was in Paris this morning, paparazzi be damned, to support Nicolas Ghesquière’s Spring Balenciaga collection. Stewart, who took in the show wearing a pale yellow motorcycle jacket and printed jeans, refers to Ghesquière as a “kindred spirit,” which is likely what has made the duo’s recent collaboration on Balenciaga’s Florabotanica fragrance such a compelling one. Inspired by the surrealist floral prints that colored his Fall 2011 collection, Ghesquière had duality on the brain when conceiving the brand’s new beauty offering, specifically the darker side of conventionally pretty blooms that are readily considered harmless. “Flowers can be carnivorous or venomous—contain poisons,” he points out, and it is that “mystery” that he was hoping to bottle.

NYTimes    The Balenciaga show was just over as Francois Pinault, the art patron and founder of PPR, slipped out of the backstage, past a throng of waiting guests. A sustained roar followed as the models, still in their outfits, clapped and cheered.

Kristen Stewart arrived for the Balenciaga show.
Two, three minutes went by. Then a security guard ushered in the actress Kristen Stewart, dressed in scribble-print white jeans and a black tank top, a lime-yellow leather jacket slung over her shoulder, to have her moment with Nicolas Ghesquiere.

She talked and talked. Oh, brother. As Mr. Ghesquiere listened, she worked her way from outfit to the next, saying what she liked about it. She skipped nothing and her enthusiasm showed.

Holding up the line at Balenciaga is understandable, but on Thursday morning, as the Paris shows accelerated, Mr. Ghesquiere put a lot of new options on the runway. In one sense, the lean tailoring and white, squared-off tops, with their Catholic overtones, brought his designs back to his roots at Balenciaga, when the cool clothes attracted a girl force. But in another way, this collection was confidently grown up, as if Mr. Ghesquiere knew he had nothing to prove.

WWD   DARK MATTER: Leaden skies over Paris greeted “Twilight” star Kristen Stewart as she arrived at Thursday morning’s Balenciaga show. “Yeah, I guess I’m used to them,” she said with a smile. The actress, who fronts Balenciaga’s Florabotanica scent, said she’s still hunting for her next film project, but if she had her druthers, it would be a screen adaptation of “Lie Down in Darkness,” a novel by William Styron about a dysfunctional family. “It’s hard to get a movie like that made nowadays,” said the petite star, dressed in a yellow biker jacket and printed black jeans.

Fashion of The Day - Kristen in Balenciaga | Paris Fashion Week: Spring 2013

TheFashion-Court    To say social media was ‘buzzing’ bright and early today over Kristen Stewart sitting front row at the Balenciaga by Nicolas Ghesquière Spring 2013 fashion show would be a great understatement. In fact, the “Breaking Dawn” actress quickly became a trending topic on Twitter before the models were even off the catwalk!

For her second appearance at a presentation for the fashion house (she was present for Fall 2012 back in March), the face of the “Florabotanica” fragrance brought some ‘flower power’ to Paris Fashion Week when she arrived wearing a pair of black ankle-zip pants with all-over chalky white bold stenciled floral prints.

Kristen partnered her fierce trousers with a black silk camisole before playing with contrast color and layering on a lemon leather “New Biker” jacket with quilted sleeves. This is the updated version of the black jacket we often catch the 22-year-old rocking.

During the show, Kristen sat next to Anna Wintour, editor-in-chief of Vogue, after mingling with actress Salma Hayek.

Everything Kristen wore was from the Spring/Summer 2013 “Capsule” collection, with the exception of her Fall 2011 “Poulaine” flat black leather boots that feature asymmetric zips and double buckle detail.

This look was topped off with her signature tousled waves, light smoky eyes and a petal-pink pout.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, Kristen’s effortless feminine edge makes her the perfect match for Ghesquière’s designs.
