SWATH DVD Release Today + Details
Collider Though the Kristen Stewart-fronted gritty take on a fairy tale classic is a bit tainted by certain goings-on behind-the-scenes, Snow White and the Huntsman is now headed to home video complete with an extended cut of director Rupert Sanders’ solemn actioner. The Blu-ray disc comes with the 127-minute theatrical cut as well as a 131-minute extended cut of the film, along with a commentary by Sanders, visual effects supervisor Cedric Nicolas-Troyan, and co-editor Neil Smith. The pack also comes with a “second screen” feature in which viewers can access extra content on tablet at home, a photographic tour of the soundstages and sets, a 21-minute principal featurette on the film and a few other featurettes that cover the visual effects, fairy tale elements, and specific characters.
