Kristen's Interview with Style.com
Style.com On any given day, a front-row Salma Hayek sighting is something to write home about. But not when Kristen Stewart is seated across the catwalk. In the wake of a scandal that has dominated the pages of gossip rags over the past few months, the actress was in Paris this morning, paparazzi be damned, to support Nicolas Ghesquière’s Spring Balenciaga collection. Stewart, who took in the show wearing a pale yellow motorcycle jacket and printed jeans, refers to Ghesquière as a “kindred spirit,” which is likely what has made the duo’s recent collaboration on Balenciaga’s Florabotanica fragrance such a compelling one. Inspired by the surrealist floral prints that colored his Fall 2011 collection, Ghesquière had duality on the brain when conceiving the brand’s new beauty offering, specifically the darker side of conventionally pretty blooms that are readily considered harmless. “Flowers can be carnivorous or venomous—contain poisons,” he points out, and it is that “mystery” that he was hoping to bottle.

Fashion of The Day - Kristen in Balenciaga | Paris Fashion Week: Spring 2013
TheFashion-Court To say social media was ‘buzzing’ bright and early today over Kristen Stewart sitting front row at the Balenciaga by Nicolas Ghesquière Spring 2013 fashion show would be a great understatement. In fact, the “Breaking Dawn” actress quickly became a trending topic on Twitter before the models were even off the catwalk!
For her second appearance at a presentation for the fashion house (she was present for Fall 2012 back in March), the face of the “Florabotanica” fragrance brought some ‘flower power’ to Paris Fashion Week when she arrived wearing a pair of black ankle-zip pants with all-over chalky white bold stenciled floral prints.
Kristen partnered her fierce trousers with a black silk camisole before playing with contrast color and layering on a lemon leather “New Biker” jacket with quilted sleeves. This is the updated version of the black jacket we often catch the 22-year-old rocking.
During the show, Kristen sat next to Anna Wintour, editor-in-chief of Vogue, after mingling with actress Salma Hayek.
Everything Kristen wore was from the Spring/Summer 2013 “Capsule” collection, with the exception of her Fall 2011 “Poulaine” flat black leather boots that feature asymmetric zips and double buckle detail.
This look was topped off with her signature tousled waves, light smoky eyes and a petal-pink pout.
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, Kristen’s effortless feminine edge makes her the perfect match for Ghesquière’s designs.

According to the latest search statistics from www.MyCelebrityFashon.co.uk, the latest top ten chart for the most searched for celebrity name on the website has been turned upside down. Latest statistics revealed that Kristen Stewart is the most popular celebrity name searched for on the fashion website, beating Pippa Middleton to the top spot.
In the past three months, Twilight celebrity Kristen Stewart has not only captured the world’s attention with her love-life, but has also had a fashion breakthrough, after becoming a new entry at the top of the chart for most searched for celebrity style across the UK.

Kirsten Dunst and Kristen Stewart Discuss Their On the Road Undergarments
InStyle On the Road’s costume designer Danny Glicker created the Beat Generation-inspired wardrobe for stars Kristen Stewart and Kirsten Dunst meticulously—down to the very last detail, including the not-seen underwear. “I’ve never worked more closely with a costume designer,” Stewart told InStyle.com at InStyle‘s pop-up photo studio at the Windsor Arms Hotel during the Toronto International Film Festival. “He is so caring and specific about details. Even with an article of clothing like an undergarment, he’s like ‘Do you feel pretty?’ Do you like it? Do you like the bra, do you like the socks, do you like the snaps holding them up?’ He fuses you into it and allows you to sort of feel a little responsible, sort of involved.” Glicker’s process of combining found and handmade clothing from the late 1940s was one Dunst loved, too. “We had high-waisted underwear and bras with a pointed shape—you can tell because of the way your breasts look in the shirts is a more pointed silhouette,” she said, noting that it helped her transform into her retro character. “I love doing period films. Five Reasons Kristen Stewart Nailed it on The Red Carpet
2. The hair: Stewart’s hair was pulled up and away from her face, and it looks like she used hair extensions to pump up the volume and add a little length. With her head held high and her face on display, Stewart looked flawless.
3. The makeup: The 22-year-old often favors dark eyeliner on the red carpet, but last night she sported a lighter look. While I am a fan of black eyeliner, I like that she relied on her natural beauty for the outing at Toronto. It shows that she’s comfortable in her skin.
4. The heels: With her short dress and these sky-high black heels, Stewart’s legs looked a million miles long. She wasn’t ashamed to stand up straight and pose with confidence.
5. The smile: This was the best part of the look. Stewart could have easily been miserable all night long. I’m sure she’s very proud of On The Road, but that doesn’t negate the fact that she was probably dreading having to face the media. And yet, she smiled all the way down the red carpet. She appeared gracious, amiable and unwilling to let any bullies get her down. Keep smiling, girl. It looks great on you.
Overall, Stewart appears to have taken the scandal in stride and used it as a chance to reinvent herself. That‘s what I call a makeover. She’s not sweet and pure like Bella Swan, but she shouldn’t have to be. If this is a taste of her future style, then consider me a fan.

Kristen in British Vogue (UK)
‘I know if you haven’t thought about how you want to present a very packaged idea of yourself then it can seem like you lack ambition. But, dude, honestly? I can’t,’ she said.
She told Vogue: People expect it to be easy because there you are, out there, doing the thing that you want and making lots of money out of it. But, you know, I’m not that smooth. I can get clumsy around certain people.’
‘Like if I were to sit down and think, “OK, I’m really famous, how am I going to conduct myself in public?” I wouldn’t know who that person would be! It would be a lot easier if I could, but I can’t.’
Kristen, who stars in new film On The Road, also moved to speak of her empathy for the Beat generation, on which the film is based.
'There is always going to be that seam of people who want things differently to the standardised version. It’s not necessarily a rebellious thing, it’s just who they are.
'That world back then, it just seems freer to me than anything I could ever touch and I’m fully nostalgic for it, even though I wasn’t even alive then.
'It’s the loyalty aspect of it all. I love being on the periphery with a group of people who have the same values that I do. People who don’t get off on fame, who just like the process of making movies and thrive.'
