The New York Times posted an update today to those attending the Q & A with Robert TimesTalks and David Cronenberg on 15 August.
Dear Friend of The New York Times: Thank you for purchasing a ticket (s) by 15 August in the TimesTalks with David Cronenberg and Robert Pattinson . At this point, we would like to remind you about our policies for standard events.
Off-site camping overnight is not allowed, the area outside the TimesCenter is private property and building safety shall suspend any person to stay overnight on the property. The doors to the reception of the TimesCenter will open at the beginning of this event, at 4 pm, and guests will stand in line from that point. We encourage you to arrive before 16:00.
The room doors open at 18:00. Only ticketed guests will have access to the hall and the theater of La TimesCenter. Any photographs, video and / or audio recording are strictly prohibited in the theater. Violators may be subject to expulsion.
This event will be filmed and broadcast live on new.livestream.com / nytimes . Video will be available on demand, also new.livestream.com / nytimes .
There will be a Q & A of the live audience for this event .
Will be accepted however, questions in advance. The moderator will choose a select number of these questions to read Mr. Cronenberg and Mr. Pattinson during the interview. To send a question for consideration, please aTimesTalks@nytimes.com and please include your name and location.
